Intake Session
This is a two hour intake session to start our work together. We’ll dive into your full health history and top three health concerns.
$60.00 ($300.00 value).
Three Follow Up Sessions
This is where the rubber meets the road. After your intake Rachel will spend 4-6 hours outside of session formulating, researching and creating a custom protocol for you.

Nutritional Support.
Hippocrates said, “Let food be thy medicine. A large component of herbal support is also nutritional support. Eating doesn’t to be complicated and Rachel will help you nourish your body through what you eat.
50 percent off herbs.
All formulas: tea, tinctures, powders, salves etc. will be sold at cost for the duration of your package. After the fourth session, herbs will return to retail pricing.

Customized protocol
Each session will be followed with a customized protocol detailing your herbs, lifestyle suggestions, nutritional support, recipes and more. This is your guide for the weeks between sessions.

Rachel will be available for support in between sessions to answer questions, make adjustments or just offer a word of encouragement. Healing is easier when you’re part of a team.
